Empowerment and transformational Mindset coach
Marie Ylimäki is a Cameroonian born Finnish citizen.
She lives in Finland, a wife & mother of three adorable kids.
She is the CEO and founder of Healing StoreHouse and also the visionary of Women of Destiny Intercessors (WODI), an online platform where women come together for mentorship and interceding for self, nations and the world at large.
She is a graduate with a Master in Intercultural Studies in communication and Administration, BA in Anthropology, BA in Social Services.
She also holds a Soul Care Certification (Christian therapy).
She is a transformational Life Coach and works part-time with the mentally disabled centre.
Marie advocates for holistic health and is passionate about the wellbeing of people experiencing addictions, anxiety, stress and depression.
Marie’s rooted in the understanding that holistic health is needed to tackle the above-mentioned mental health by providing support to empower their physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and social needs for their wellbeing. In order to be considered “well,” it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected.
From her personal experiences, her strength stems from her belief in God and her personal self-care routines.
“Mental wellbeing is essential in today’s world as many individuals face challenging situations such as post-natal depression, divorce, addictions, unemployment, bereavement, diseases to name a few such that, if not handled early, might result to depression”.
Marie believes women are the foundation of families, and if a woman is well and strong the entire family will flourish, likewise if they sink into depression the entire family drifts. Because of this, outside of her career as a Social Worker, Marie looks to help others wherever she can to experience wellness.
Personally, she relies on both the supernatural and natural remedies that can be beneficial for the healing of the spirit, soul and body.
Marie is a philanthropist who engages in providing security for the underprivileged— widows, orphans and street children in Cameroon and Pakistan.
In all, she believes Wellness & Wellbeing are essential in life— health is wealth.
